It’s A Deadly Mistake, Don’t Ever Take Your Phone To The Toilet, See Why

The concept of “me time” in the restroom has been replaced by our smartphones. It’s crucial to keep in mind that using your phone while using the restroom can seriously debilitate you. This is why.

Ladies, it takes five to ten minutes to poop if your gut is healthy. You might be asking yourself why we are bringing this up. Because we spend 20 to 30 minutes on average in the bathroom. Because we continue to scroll on our phones even after we are done with our business!

I assume you’re wondering what the big deal is. But what if we told you that using your phone while using the restroom is the biggest health error you’re making? Do you understand the reason?

1. It may result in UTI.

There is a chance that your cell phone will become contaminated if you use the restroom with it. Your toilet’s seat, paper roll, and even the door knob are all covered in germs. You can therefore develop diarrhea, gastrointestinal disorders, urinary tract infections, etc.

2. Your smartphone could spread disease.

Additionally, whether you’re at home or at work, your mobile device is carrying germs when you exit the restroom that can spread to other people. Put your phone down or present something to someone, and presto! You spread the bacteria.

3. While using a mobile device, your poop may be affected.

Using your phone while using the restroom can affect how your body reacts to stools. While it’s recommended that you stay in the restroom for no longer than 10 minutes, if you have a cell phone in your hand, this time can easily increase to 20 to 30 minutes, which can interfere with your ability to urinate.

4. It might cause constipation.

As a result of your body becoming accustomed to working with a very long and unnatural timeframe in the bathroom, this can also lead to constipation.

5. It might result in hemorrhoids.

Additionally, a casual 30-minute bathroom visit can increase your risk of developing hemorrhoids because a prolonged bathroom visit confuses and habituates the body. Hemorrhoids are essentially painful, bleedable, inflamed veins that are located close to your anal area.
